Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of services are considered only if requested immediately after the service agreement has been finalized. However, once we have begun processing the service request or have initiated any related actions, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered or if substantial work has already commenced. However, if you believe there has been a discrepancy in the services provided, or if the outcome does not align with the agreed terms, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for review.

For any issues related to the quality or delivery of our services, please report them to our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the service output. After reviewing your complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision regarding any potential refund or service adjustment.

Refund Processing:
