Rohan Rohtagi

Specializes in Intellectual Property Law and has expertise in handling all aspects of prosecution, litigation and enforcement, which are related to trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, Indian National Bar Association and International Trademark Association (INTA). He holds a Masters’ Degree in Law from Queen Mary, University of London, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Arbitration and Commercial Litigation.
